A raw, living ferment of Baltic berries and grains, made the way our grandmothers made it and tested the way modern science demands.
It started in a grandmother's kitchen.
Goodie began as a berry-and-grain ferment on a kitchen windowsill in northern Lithuania: made slowly, drunk daily, passed down without ever being written down.
Decades later, the “healthy” drinks on shelves were pasteurised and lifeless. So in 2019 we fermented the recipe again, exactly the old way, then sent it to a lab.
We didn't set out to invent a drink. We set out to bring one back to life.
